Shashank Dwivedi
Founder & CEO
Mr. Shashank Dwivedi is a Naval Architect and Entrepreneur, with over a decade of diverse industry experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering and brings extensive expertise in Shipbuilding, Design and Regulatory Compliance.
Throughout his career, Mr. Shashank has contributed to a wide range of projects, including new builds, vessel modifications, life extension services and conversions across multiple vessel types. His experience with a leading Classification Society further strengthened his capabilities in technical assurance, statutory compliance and the application of International Maritime Standards across diverse marine projects.
As Founder and CEO of Ambition Marine, Mr. Shashank provides strategic leadership grounded in technical expertise, integrity and a commitment to excellence. His forward-looking approach continues to guide the company in delivering reliable, compliant and innovative solutions for the evolving needs of the global maritime industry.
Anirudh Nair
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Anirudh Nair brings over 20 years of Maritime industry experience, having worked on commercial and defence shipbuilding projects across the USA, India and Australia. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Ocean Engineering, specialising in Naval Architecture.
His expertise spans the design and engineering of commercial ships and naval vessels. His experience with a leading Classification Society includes structural evaluation, scantling calculations, plan approval and compliance with Classification Rules and International standards for new build and conversion projects.
As Chief Operating Officer of Ambition Marine, Mr. Nair applies his extensive technical and international experience to deliver high-quality solutions in ship design, engineering and construction.
Director – Technical
Ms. Janane Viswanathan is a Naval Architect with over a decade of experience in the Maritime Industry. Recognised as India’s first female Naval Architect Field Surveyor, she represents a significant milestone for women in Maritime Engineering and Naval Architecture. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, with extensive expertise in new builds, vessel conversions and marine project management.
Her experience with a leading Classification Society encompasses plan approval, statutory compliance, emergency response services and ship surveys & inspections. Her comprehensive understanding of International Maritime Regulations and certification processes supports high standards of safety, quality and performance.
As Director – Technical at Ambition Marine, Ms. Viswanathan plays a pivotal role in advancing innovation, technical excellence and client confidence across the company’s engineering solutions.
